President Trump is slated to give his first State of the Union Address to Congress on Tuesday night. Congress and most of the country will be watching, including the president’s critics. Perhaps his sharpest Republican critic is Arizona Senator Jeff Flake, who says he is hoping Trump will promote a message of unity rather than rhetoric meant to appeal to his base. Soledad O’Brien goes to Capitol Hill for a conversation with Flake on the changes he sees in the GOP, the possibility of a Republican running against Trump in 2020, and why he says the President’s influence could keep Republicans from being elected.
