The 116th Congress entered as the most diverse group of federal lawmakers in history. But the results of the November midterm elections has potentially changed the electoral map ahead of the next election. Voters in Colorado just delivered the GOP their biggest defeat in modern state history. Newly elected Democratic governor Jared Polis sits down with Soledad O’Brien to discuss what this voting shifts means in 2020.
