A Company Paying Employees to Get Clean

The cost of addiction in America exceeds $700 billion annually. That’s due to lost productivity, turnover and increased health care costs. One Indiana company wants to change that by paying  to get their employees clean. Correspondent Jessica Gomez visits Belden, a company giving potential employees a second chance at a job.
