The COVID omicron variant is now officially in the U.S. Scientists are racing to find out how fast it spreads and whether our current vaccines and treatments can protect us. In the meantime, health leaders are pleading with the public to get vaccinated. When the pandemic began, West Virginia led the way in vaccinating older populations against the virus. But as correspondent Julia Sun reports, the state is now dramatically trailing the rest of the country in vaccination rates.
