Millions of Americans have health insurance, but do they have health care? Jeff Eastman says no. He’s the CEO of Remote Area Medical (RAM), a group of volunteer doctors and health workers who operate free health clinics around the U.S. We visited one clinic just outside Washington, DC and found a long line of people, including some federal workers, who say they just can’t afford the high deductibles and co-pays. Instead, they are relying on groups like RAM for their basic medical needs.
