Is asking for ID to vote, violating your civil rights?

In the United States, voting is a right meant to be guaranteed to every citizen. But since 2010, 25 state legislatures have passed new voter requirements making it harder to exercise that right, especially for minority voters. Soledad O’Brien speaks with Myrna Pérez, the director of the non-partisan Brennan Center for Justice that is tracking these new laws.
