Following a multi-month global study of companies testing out four-day workweeks, the results are in: the majority want to keep the shorter hours. Soledad O’Brien speaks with the study’s lead researcher Juliet Schor, Ph.D., about why both employees and employers responded positively to cutting back on working 40+ hours a week. Schor is an economist and professor of sociology at Boston College.
